Oversee the supervision of assigned personnel, which includes work allocation, training and
problem resolution.
Direct implementation of the Center Education program, utilizing the selected curriculum and
Head Start Performance Standards.
Provide training and guidance to all staff to ensure knowledge and understanding and
implementation of all funding and regulatory standards and guid.
