Chris Clauss brings over 25 years of experience in computer and telephony technology to SPS. Since originally joined the SPS Team as Manager of Information Systems, Chris has shifted focus from internal IT operations to customer facing responsibilities. In his current role as Director of the Advanced Solutions Engineering team, Chris is responsible for managing the implementation team, understanding new computer telephony technologies, and helping customers implement these services.
