This graphical book summarizes the author's journey through the alleys and walkways surrounding Petaling Street in Kuala Lumpur. The photos focus on the spaces and activities of the people in those areas. Specifically, they depict alleys with parked vehicles, scattered garbage, homeless people, vendors, and people socializing or going about daily activities. The book aims to capture the essence of these back streets and their inhabitants through images.

Introduction My graphical book is basically about a journey that I went to. The place that I had gone to is Petaling street in Kuala Lumpur. The photos in this book are mainly about the spaces surrounding the street and the activities of the people in that spaces. Therefore, the theme is spaces and people and for my concept, actually I focus on the spaces along the alleys and walkways around the street areas.
The first place I passed by is the alley behind the shops of Petaling street. 1.
Few cars are parking along the alley. 2.
One of the alleys I had passed by and the dumps are scattered around. 3.
There are two old men at the corner of the walkway and one was reading the newspaper. 4.
As I walked along the walkway, I saw a homeless woman sleeping on the floor. 5.
A vintage motorcycle is placed aside the walkway. 6.
An empty walkway that I passed by. 7.
The maroon pillars along the walkway attracted my attention. 8.
The walkway in front of the shop lot. 9.

A man and a woman are having a conversation on the walkway. 11.
A man was selling magpies by the walkway. 12.
The alleys beside Petaling street. 13.

Lots of motorcycles and cars are parking aside the houses along the alley. 18.
