The Centre for Entrepreneur Development and Research (CEDAR) is a specialised SMEs and Development Financial Institution (DFIs) training, consultancy and research centre of the SME Bank Malaysia. The Centre was officially launched by the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department, Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop on 6 November 2012 and was fully incorporated as a subsidiary of SME Bank on 16 April 2013.
