As a former college baseball coach at LSU, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Central Michigan and University of Chicago - I have witnessed success, failure and important lessons learned. Through these experiences, I have a passion to "Pay IT Forward" and therefore developed a leadership development company with a mission to influence the positive transformation an athlete's potential into a lasting LEGACY through our unique pro-active platform. We implement a persuasive action plan of learning and a daily commitment to peak performance. We use our Online Leadership Institute as the means to influence athletes and coaches.
