I studied Computer Science at MSU-Iligan Institute of Technology, and took my MS courses in Computer Science at De La Salle University - Manila.
In my undergraduate thesis, I build a low-cost SMS Gateway with the use of open-source softwares. I won the Best Thesis Award in Computer Science when I graduated in BS in Computer Science at MSU-Iligan Institute of Technology. NLP is one my area of interests. I am currently working in the Cebuano language, and its similar dialects in the Visayas-Mindanao islands to build an automated Cebuano Wordnet. Word-disambiguation will be addressed in the problem.
