1/3- The Kick-Off:
•   Our experts come to the Junior Incubator for launch
•   2 days workshop about innovation with up to 100
    students' attendance
•   Up to 10 projects are selected (can be teams up to 3
    people per project)
2/3- Incubator Program:
•   Program of 8 weeks of weekly online live and offline
    sessions
•   Every week, a 2 hour live session and 2 more hours of
    reviewing assignments
•   A pro-bono expert is trained and guided to serve as a
    local point of contact for the students
3/3- The Graduation:
•   2 days of youth empowerment with our experts to finish
    the Junior Incubator program
•   Day 1: Marathon-like to nurture the students' project
    presentations
•   Day 2: Demo day with the participation of dragons + key
    local persons from the innovation/education eco-system
EMGI Commitment
•   Incubator's guidance for each of the 10 projects
•   Blended education online/offline to optimize cost and
    deliverables
•   Enable valuable coverage for the young entrepreneurs
    and the innovation center
•   Build the roots for a professional startup incubator
•   Both professional and agile program, including the
    ability to set additional work days
Your Part
•   Organize the venue for two events
•   Inviting up to 100 students for the kick-off and help in
    selecting the top projects
•   Facilitate local expert(s) searching for students'
    assignments local help
•   (Optional) Acting as a local EMGI partner for youth
    entrepreneurship
Expected Outcome
•   Boosting local innovation spirit (image and exposure)
•   Implementing high-level connections to ecosystem
    (businesses and education)
•   Engaging 100 students around innovation
•   Deeply engaging 20 to 30 students with project
    incubation - they'll be the next young leaders!
•   Selecting 3 winning teams, who will receive
    help/sponsorship from local companies, including 1
    which will be funded
