After growing up in France and in the UK, I have traveled extensively with living abroad experience in Germany, Costa Rica, USA, and going to university in Australia.
Having studied Business Management, Hospitality and the Culinary Arts, I have a passion for business development in the sharing of Experiences within these disciplines.
I now represent the prestigious institution Le Cordon Bleu in Asia.
After more than 12 years in the Asia Pacific region, through work in Sydney, Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul and now Tokyo, I consider myself a seasoned executive.
