Since 1998, Charles and his business partner Manoj Badale have co-founded more than 30 businesses, largely technology-related, managed through their investment company Blenheim Chalcot. The portfolio currently consists of over 20 companies in multiple sectors, with combined group sales in excess of £300m per annum, employing more than 3,500 people. Charles is also Chairman of Technology Trust and a trustee of icould. He co-chairs the Digital Board of The Royal Foundation and is Chairman of OnSide London Youth Zones.
