Since 1998, Charles and his business partner Manoj Badale have co-founded more than 30 businesses, largely technology-related, managed through their investment company Blenheim Chalcot. The portfolio currently consists of over 20 companies in multiple sectors, with combined group sales in excess of 拢300m per annum, employing more than 3,500 people. Charles is also Chairman of Technology Trust and a trustee of icould. He co-chairs the Digital Board of The Royal Foundation and is Chairman of OnSide London Youth Zones.
