I am very busy and when I find extra time, it usually means I am cutting into the time I should be sleeping.
As a DC Metro Area resident of 2 years I am somewhat calibrated to the traffic here and I don't mean to brag it is definetly horrible. The best traffic day in DC is likely comparable to all other cities worst traffic day. However, there is a positive side to traffic jam time... I have had ample time for many audio books and great music.
