A psychiatrist is treating a patient named Elizabeth who has a debilitating fear of urban legends, specifically Bloody Mary. In their initial session, Elizabeth tells the psychiatrist she can't eat or sleep due to her fear. Later, Elizabeth is seen in a wooded area attempting to overcome her fear by repeating Bloody Mary's name aloud. She hears a noise and looks startled, suggesting her exposure therapy may not be effective.
