Hello! I came from Kandal province and now I'm living in Phnom Penh. I have been studying Information Technology (IT) at National University of Management (NUM) since 2010. Now I'm a student in year III. How can I study at University? After I finished my BacII degree I didn't get scholarship from University. But why? I got scholarship from NGO (French). So I can continue my study at University until now.....if not, maybe I ....
