Chikondi holds a(Bsc Environmental Science) is working as a National Women's Land Rights Coordinator at Actionaid Malawi. Previously she was a Gender Mainstreaming Coordinator for Farmers Union of Malawi (FUM) where she was involved in coordinating gender initiatives and mainstreamed issues for FUM and making policies for the organization and its partners on issues of gender, women empowerment and governance. She is also a science researcher, and was involved in research work at Bunda College of Agriculture that involved empowering women farmers on the use of organic manure. Chikondi is geared for improving women鈥檚 participation in agricultural sector and she is a beneficiary of the New M.
