I'm an investor and adviser focused on Tech & Internet companies in South East Asia. Currently Co-Head of Corporate Finance Asia, typically my clients are leading high growth tech companies where we provide corporate finance skills to realise their valuation potential. We work together to get them funded (capital raises), grown (M&A) and exited (IPOs/ trade sales). Formerly: • an investment fund manager for funds managed by North Ridge Partners; • an Executive Director in ASX listed, APD; and • an observer board member for aCommerce. A member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the CFA Society in Singapore.
