for Western Real Estate Business. Chris began his career as a successful office investment broker
in San Francisco in 2003. In 2009 as the Director of Asset Management for a 30 year-old private
real estate firm, PMI Properties, Chris spearheaded a turnaround from 2009 to 2014 of a growth
in profits.
According to the San Francisco Business Times, "Smashing records for Creative Office Building
Sales in San Francisco." Some of Chris achievements include representing the buyer and seller of
539 Bryant Street San Francisco in the sale of a $15,000,000 creative office asset, re-positioning
the property after acquisition and leasing to world-class technology tenants. The property was
sold for $35,000,000 creating a windfall for investors. In this role in 2014 Chris re-positioned 410
Townsend Street, a 70,000 square foot creative office building, in San Francisco. The building was
purchased at a price of $16,800,000 in 2007 and sold for $47,000,000 in 2014 to Zurich Asset
Management.
Chris was a major force in the re-positioning 410 Townsend Street. The building was leased to
similar technology companies such as TechCrunch, Yammer, Zendesk, Disney, Sony and
Eventbrite. 410 Townsend was branded and eventually leased for ten years to Adobe Systems,
tripling rents and the disposition price. Further achievements include improving acquired assets
through lease transactions such as LG Electronics, Disney, Sony, Microsoft, HOK Architects,
Prudential, HKS Architects, Mahalo, PopSugar and many notable sale transactions in San
Francisco. Including 625 Third Street, 450 Pacific Avenue, 384 Bel Marin Keys and 642 Harrison
Street among others.
