The Country Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Maven 鈥� Oman Branch business. This includes primary responsibility for people engagement, delivery and quality management, profile generating activities, customer management, maintenance of internal systems and processes, and financial management of projects and the office budget. The Country Manager will ensure that the services offered by Maven grow in value, are profitable and contribute the budgeted amount of margin (as set out in the business plan) to the organization as a whole.
