I am one of the founders and co-owners of Peak Performance Physical Therapy, and co-owner of Medical Wellness Associates which owns and operates the 3 Spectrum Fitness & Medical Wellness centers (Perkins Rd, Denham Springs, and Brusly).
I have been practicing physical therapy for 20 years, have a master's degree in Exercise Physiology (MS), and am nationally certified as an Athletic Trainer (ATC). I am also nationally credentialed as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I have a Health Fitness Instructor certification (HFI) by the Amercian College of Sports Medicine, and multiple specialty training certifications.
