Short Bio:
Christiaan Pinkster is coordinator in the field of assistive technology for visual impaired persons at Royal Dutch Visio.
As coordinator he joined in the award winning Wii game for visual impaired, blind and fully sighted children called “The Explorer and the Mystery of the Diamond Scarab”.
He is always looking for new, innovative opportunities to increase the participation level of visually impaired people. The results of his practical research, and his testing of ICT adaptations are published since 2001 in Infovisie Magazine, a quartely journal about technical aids for the visual impaired.
