With an overall 9 years of T&D experience out of the 11 years total work experience, I am a strong believer in the power of imparting knowledge to better our world. My strength rests on a strong belief and experience in ISD, Behavioral learning practices and one on one coaching. Added with a bunch of technical know how like SIX SIGMA and Multimedia platforms, my engagement in imparting functional and behavioral skills bring out positive results. I believe in a constant remoulding and building of the mind with new skills and knowledge to stay alive.
