I am an occupational psychology and management researcher and specialist in disability and employment.
I have a particular interest in how psychological factors, such as affectivity, impact disabled employees. This forms the basis of my current doctoral thesis that contributes to the New Public Sector Management and Psychological Contract/Idiosyncratic Deals literature.
Other areas of interest include organisational change, culture and climate.
