Necessity is the mother of invention. This is the cornerstone of why I founded Async Interview. After experiencing the broken and inefficient interview process from different vantage points, I took matters into my own hands and founded Async, a a video interviewing company born from a creative vision of the next generation of talent acquisition.
Today, I handle all aspects of Async’s strategic direction and innovation initiatives. Aside from Async, I enjoy solving complex problems with simple solutions and always wish I could be a Lego Designer.
