My research interests are primarily related to monitoring greenhouse gas emissions in agroecosystems, understanding strategies to improving efficiency in the biogeochemical cycles of N, P and C by the optimisation of plant-soil-microbe interactions; it involves aspects of soil quality improvement, land resource management, local ecological knowledge and participatory development
