The City of God is a Franciscan Humanitarian oasis situated amidst the Sodom and Gomorrah Slum in Accra, Ghana. It was founded as a collaboration between the Franciscan Conventual Friars and the Catholic Archdiocese of Accra. It is administered by Friar Arcadio Sicher, a Franciscan Priest who has been living there since 2003 and it enjoys the personal patronage of His Grace Gabriel Charles Palmer-Buckle, Archbishop of Accra.
