A lot of my work focuses on planning, communication and projects that inform the business of the library. Maintaining a continuous dialogue with stakeholders, especially students, informs and motivates the decisions of our department, along with the data and KPIs that are being developed by the team. Technology in teaching and learning is another of my interests and will be the focus of my dissertation.
