The Circle of Landscape Architecture - Bulacan State University, a chapter of UPCLAS (University of the Philippines Circle of Landscape Architecture Students), was formed on June 23, 2010, when AdHoc committee was formed through the help of L. Arch. Bari C. Panopio (Founding Chairman of UPCLAS, 1989) and when UPCLAS Executive Committee allowed the AdHoc Committee (BSU) to serve UPCLAS as its mother chapter. The AdHoc Committee consists of nine students from all year levels under BLA. The constitution was revised by L. Arch. Bari C. Panopio (Adviser) with Niel Anthony C. Mandia, and was ratified and approved by the Office of the Students Organization. On the same month the Election was held,
