I was providing technical application support to dezrez customers. The position involved bug fixing and small-scale projects in-line with the business requirements and product development lifecycle. I also provided support as a member of the portal / data feed team.
I am currently working as part of the Account Management team @ dezrez, providing first class support and software to all our new and existing customers!
