After working as a patent attorney at a large law firm, ClientSide’s founder, Yuri Eliezer, identified inefficiencies permeating today’s law firms that he sought to combat. He noted the significant time lapse in the time documents were sent out to clients for signature and when they were returned, also noting the time his firm spent reminding clients about their outstanding documents. Determined to introduce a more efficient way of practicing law, Eliezer partnered with developers, and when the tools were more than he ever could have imagined, he wanted to share them with the entire legal community, and ClientSide was born.
