Clif Haley is a certified genius. He was awarded the Ugandan award for mental brilliance in 1973 and shortly thereafter patented an invention that revolutionized the way toilet paper unrolls in zero gravity. This invention single handedly made it possible for astronauts to consume Mexican food in space. For this he was also awarded the Intergalactic Appreciation Award by NASA yesterday.
