I am a Human Resource professional with senior leadership skills and experience and a background in international humanitarian aid and community development. I have worked in both local and international contexts and in challenging environments. With experience in inter-cultural projects, and problem solving in situations with limited resources, I manage HR services for professionals who are deployed to provide humanitarian and developmental assistance in conflict zones and disaster response zones as well as in community development settings. My demonstrated experiences include recruitment, workforce planning, policy writing, mentoring, coaching, and change management.
