Since Aug 2015, I have worked with ER24 to coordinate enterprise projects, implement service management improvements and facilitate greater synergies between business and IT stakeholders.
In 2014 I headed up a project to define a Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Strategy involving workshops with 60 delegates. During this time I obtained my ECM Masters qualification and CIP certificate from AIIM.org. The strategy is currently being used to define requirements for a refresh of the SharePoint/intranet Strategy. Other areas that I have been working in recently include Master Data Management, and assessing electronic document management requirements.
