I'm a senior strategy advisor who loves to use innovative behaviour research techniques to get to the overlooked truth. Experience in finance, energy, manufacturing, health, education... anywhere there are human beings behaving differently from how decision makers would like.
Projects include employee engagement, bringing values to life, customer driven comms, funding strategy, brand/reputation development and changing environments to flip dead space to live space
I work on projects in UK and overseas (recently US, Nepal, Jordan and Ghana) through Synthetron and Artmongers . I specialise in language / mindset profiling and colour psychology. My book "Your True Colors" is on Amazon
