I am a former member of An Garda Siochana (Irish Police).
I am the founder & National Director of the National Child Protection Training Centre (NCPTC) based in Galway City, providing a broad range of services including bespoke child protection training at various grades; child protection and safeguarding policy development, review & implementation and, independent child protection investigations.
As if not busy enough, I am also a free-lance Consultant and Trainer on Human and Children’s Rights particularly specialising in the area of violence against women & children. My insights into the complexity of the issues emanates from personal and professional frontline investigative experi.
