Learning and 4Talent Specialist at Channel 4
My role is to:
Identify, design, deliver, promote and evaluate innovative and effective learning & talent solutions internally and externally for Channel 4, in order to ensure that staff have the right skills / experience to successfully deliver the business strategy.
Provide project co-ordination for external talent programmes for the Head of Learning & 4Talent which supports Channel 4's public purposes.
