Compromise... all else doesnt matter.
Someone who has an instinctive need to establish boundaries around people and process. By having life and work roles clearly defined gives me a feeling of stability and confidence. I will tend to relate better to people who are less individualistic and more willing to follow rules that society deems acceptable. I was socialized as a child to think that people should be open-minded, encourage questions, and solicit everyone鈥檚 input when communicating. I have my own expectations of how people should act and communicate, and they apply equally to my personal and work life.
I'll feel these expectations most when someone starts a conversation with me.
