Personal Experience. - Studied at St.Petesrburg University of Culture and Arts for music management. Started working for Kapkan Records / Agency in 2003 as A&R manager (about 20 releases a year), later as booking agent. For 6 years organized about 800 club events in Russia. Also organized many expanded tours (around 40 cities a year in Russia and CIS countries). - In 2007 started the first International Music and Media Convention in Russia - COLISIUM.
