About
I am a third year Ph.D. student of UCLA Computer Science. My research is interested in reducing the gap between object-oriented programming and heterogeneous accelerator design for warehouse scale big data computation in data centers. We built an automated framework that allows programmers to program applications for Apache Spark in Scala, and compiles the kernel of the application to be an FPGA accelerator.
