My passion is to inspire people to learn by harnessing the potential of information technology for collaboration and networking and its ability to motivate. I specialise in working with educational establishments from primary to university level, enthusing and exciting people about using appropriate technology to learn and share knowledge.
My research interests include the use of Twitter as a learning environment and the links between narrative, motivation and gaming. I have recently embarked on a part-time PhD with the University of Edinburgh (September 2014) looking at videogames as an environment for learning for disengaged learners.
