Answer and direct callers to other Berklee departments as well as helping with any questions over general topics that may deal with registration, academic advising, bursar, staff/ student directory, or admissions. This job requires that I maintain a professional attitude, have great verbal communication, perform well under pressure, and best advice those who may be parents, current/future students, alumni, or Berklee staff.
