Since September 2013, he is seconded at Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, first as International Technical Expert and as Interim Deputy Rector of the Galatasaray University where he was associate professor in computer engineering. He is currently Attaché for University and Scientific Cooperation in Poland, Warsaw.
