Since 1996 I have been a course designer, leader and facilitator of learning programs in Australia and internationally for a range of subject areas covering marketing, new product development, sales, strategic management, leadership, organisational sustainability and corporate governance. My major focus is on developing learning programs that transform both mindsets and skill-sets, and developing the structures, systems, leadership and practices that lead to agility, adaptability, timely and effective execution.
