If I could resume my style would be: Agile with creativity!
Working with agile methodologies since 2012 as ScrumMaster/Agile coach in projects from 2 to 50+ people. I already coach projects using Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, Lean Startup and others management and development agile practices. I'm coach and mentor of Product Owners, Scrum Masters and starting-up teams on agile practices. I foster agile in the organizational layer and above all, agile is my lifestyle.
