Electronic Engineer specialized in the oil and gas sector. Actually I am advisor at the Mexican National Hydrocarbons Commission (CNH). In 2009 I spent two months in Stavanger, Norway studying an 8-Week Course in Petroleum Development and Operations. More than fifteen years of experience working in the Oil & Gas Sector in the Mexican Government. I have collaborated in various studies and papers related with Mexican and worldwide Oil Industry.
