We offer classes 6 days a week throughout the day:
Monday-Friday: 6:00a, 7:00a, 9:00a
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30p
Saturday: 8:00a FREE WOD
Here at CFSC we are ready to get anyone from any fitness level ready for whatever the world throws at them. We teach proper lifting techniques and power moves. We take the boring work out routine and make it our warm up but more fun. Then our work out of the day or WOD is full of intensity.
At CFSC we always have fun with our WODs but always remember that the clock is always ticking so kick it up a notch and never quit.
