Originator: I sometimes favor something that's different just because it's different. When facing change, I may appear unorganized, undisciplined, unconventional and spontaneous. I prefer change that challenges current structure and is likely to challenge accepted assumptions. Originators enjoy risk and uncertainty and although I can be a visionary and systemic in my thinking, I have to be careful not to become impractical and or miss important details.
