Nacemos el 16 de Mayo de 1999, bajo las circusntancias de un fenomeno natural por el cual nuestro pa铆s Venezuela, especificiamente la ciudad de Vargas estaba aconteciendo, al ver la necesidad de ayudar a nuestro pa铆s el Ing. Alfredo Melian (actual Presidente), Francia Campos (1er Vice - Presidente), Herry Gonzalez ( 2do Vice - Presidente), Digna Fernandez (Secretaria) y Sarah De Cipriani (Tesorera) fundan esta humilde institucion que bajo suis principios fundamentales ayudan a las personas vulnerables que asi lo requieran, sin ningun tipo de discriminacion.
