After studying at Curtin and in Illinois I have enjoyed a diverse variety of experiences in the mining and exploration industry across the globe. I started my career in the goldfields of Western Australia, working in open cut and underground gold mines before moving to gold exploration with Pancontinental Mining followed by Dominion Mining.
A change to base metal exploration in 1995 took me off to the Kimberley region with Western Metals where I worked along side consultant geologists from the CSA group and visited the MVT district in USA. Following this I returned to gold exploration in Malaysia with Target Mining Corporation.
