Cumhur Dulger got BA degree from Department of Public Economics at Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Anadolu University in 1994.He started his academic career in end of 1996. He got MA degree at Graduate School of Sciences at Anadolu University in 1999.Having finished his doctorate courses in 2002; he got a scholarship which is called Indo-Turkish Cultural Exchange Program from India Government then he got a letter of acceptance from Center for Economic Studying and Planning, School of Social Science-I at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi.
