I am a Ph.D. candidate in Anthropology (concentrating in Biological Anthropology and Paleoanthropology) at the University of Michigan. My research interests include the evolution of childbirth and bipedal locomotion in humans. Specifically, I study changes in the female pelvis of fossil hominids. I am currently focused on Neandertals, but am interested in the pelvis of earlier hominids as well.
