Desmond Tan has extensive experience in Organizational Development initiatives both in the United States & around Asia. He was involved in providing consulting advice on a wide range of Human Resource initiatives ranging from Change Mangement, Talent Management, Competency Assessment, Training & Development programs to all aspects of general and executive levels; including design of succession management frameworks. He has also worked as an executive coach, working with senior leaders in various organizations on achieving their peak performance.
